Fly, Repair and Player Utilities

/fly supports self/other players, timed flight, status, removal and world restrictions. /reparar opens the repair interface and can charge through the economy. /dkl provides local chat behavior. Additional modules manage combat logging, command access, world/dimension access, environment time/weather/PvP and staff mode.

Configure bypass permissions before enabling combat or dimension restrictions for staff. Timed flight should be tested through logout, death and world change so remaining time and disabled-world behavior match server policy.
